Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your order from Biohacker's Club If you're not satisfied, here's how we handle returns and refunds:

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original packaging.
To start a return, email us at support@biohackersclub.com with your order number.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Used or washed apparel

  • Custom or personalized orders

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
